Spare parts and accessories

We sell and stock spare parts and accessories for a number of different marine products and brands at our shipyard at Orust. We sell new engines and gears from Volvo Penta and Yanmar and of course carry out the entire engine replacement.

We also sell spare parts to manufacturers of marine equipment, everything from rig details to navigation and deck equipment.

We collaborate with Whisper, Mastervolt, Onan, Westbeke, Fischer, Panda, Selldén and Raymarine to name a few.

Winter storage and maintenance

We have four heated warehouses for winter storage of a large number of boats, both motor boats and sailboats, large and small. With our crane we can lift up to 40 tons.

When you leave your boat with us, we can offer a complete solution with lifting, winter storage and all types of maintenance work. We preserve, polish, wax, service engines and gears and perform refining work completely according to the customer’s needs, so that you as a boat owner will have as comfortable boating life as possible.

In other words, we perform all existing work on recreational boats. Within the company, there are many skills, for example for wood, plastic, rig, engine service, repairs, electrical installations and much more, which you can read more about below.

Engine and sterndrive service

If you want to have many worry-free and wonderful years at sea, it is important with correct and continuous engine maintenance, which of course extends the life of the engine. Equally important is the maintenance of sterndrives which are very exposed in the water.

Do you have a problem with your engine or is it time for the annual service? We are professionals at Volvo Penta and Yanmar, for which we are of course authorized.

In addition to this, we also service auxiliary carts (generator sets) and other diesel engines, of course with many of years of experience.

Installations

We refine leisure boats through installation and restoration. We install electronics, deck- and mooring equipment such as:

GPS, sonar, radar, VHF, AIS and other navigation equipment
TV, stereo and sound system
Lighting
Heater
Bow- and stern thrusters
Windlass
Solar panels

We also perform solid restorations in the form of carpentry and woodwork, for example new teak decks. All according to the customer’s wishes for a more comfortable boating life.

Plastic work

Did you not get the gear out when you were about to dock or did you find an unmarked cay? In other words, did you have bad luck when out boating?

We perform professional plastic work to repair damages and restore your boat to its former glory. If you have suffered damage to the plastic, it is extremely important that the repair is done correctly to prevent mould under the gelcoat.

We work with all insurance companies in the industry to easily solve your insurance repairs.

Rigging works

We have a complete rig workshop where we ourselves manufacture masts, sails and all related ropes and wires including furling systems. We also sell ropes for mooring, sheets and halyards.

We are authorized by Furlex for both service and sales. We also service and sell masts, roll jib systems with accessories for several well-known brands on the market.

Guardline manufacturing

We have our own production of wire guardrails both with or without gate openings for all types of boats. Of course, we perform this for both new production yards and service yards as well as private individuals. Contact us for ordering.

Environmentally approved hull wash

A clean hull is always a good idea! It is both aesthetically pleasing and fuel-efficient. On our quay there is a modern and environmentally approved boat hull wash with its own treatment plant.

With the high pressure of the hull washer, we remove vegetation on the hull and thereby reduce the boat’s fuel consumption.

We have the opportunity to lift boats weighing up to 40 tons with our crane.
